Spedizione
Gli ordini effettuati sulla piattaforma coliac.com, di proprietà dell’azienda MGC, verranno processati ed evasi da Castor Fashion, via 8 Marzo n.11 46014 Castellucchio (MN).
La consegna avviene tra 3 e 7 giorni lavorativi, da calcolare dal momento in cui il pacco lascia il magazzino Castor Fashion (fine settimana e giorni festivi esclusi):
– 2/3 giorni lavorativi
Quando il pacco sarà spedito dai nostri magazzini, riceverai una e-mail di conferma spedizione nella quale troverai un link tramite il quale seguire la consegna che avviene tra le 9.00 e le 18.00, dal lunedì al venerdì.
Resi
Per effettuare un reso gratuito contattarci tramite l’indirizzo e-mail customerservice@castorfashion.it, specificando il numero di ordine e il destinatario.

Orders placed on coliac.com platform owned by the MGC company will be processed and fulfilled by Castor Fashion, via 8 Marzo 11 46014 Castellucchio (MN).
Delivery takes place between 3 and 7 working days, to be calculated from the moment the package leaves our Castor Fashion warehouse (weekends and holidays excluded):

When the package will be shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in which you will find a link you can click on to follow the delivery, which will take place between 9:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.
